The perfect get-away home and best of all, beachfront!! This beachfront home is located in the town of Cadeate, about 5 minutes south of Manglaralto and 12 minutes south of Olon and Montañita. Located on a corner, the surroundings are quiet, few neighbors nearby and few people on the beach. Here you don’t have to worry about the beach umbrellas and tents during high season! The beach in front of the home will be empty most of the year providing an absolutely relaxing vacation. The house has parking for up to 4 vehicles and a live-in caretaker on site. On the ground floor you have a modern and open style kitchen, large living room with T.V. and iluminous dining area. The ground floor also has a large bedroom with A.C. unit and private bathroom. Off to the side of the kitchen there is a “service room” which can serve as a small extra bedroom for staff and laundry room with washer and dryer. The living room leads out to the large social area with long dining table and BBQ grill. Swimming pool and hang out deck with hammocks are provided.

The second floor has three bedrooms with three full bathrooms. A.C. unit and television in all three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have access to a large balcony that overlooks the beach and pool area. There are plenty of built in closets throughout the entire property and in each bedroom.
